The United Nations Office in Myanmar reported that another 35 tons of WHO emergency medical supplies have reached Myanmar to offer urgent care to those impacted by the earthquake.

The provisions consist of necessary medications, injury treatment materials, surgical tools, and portable healthcare tents.

The recent delivery of medical supplies, combined with the overall quantity of supplies sent by WHO since the earthquake, totals close to 100 tons, the announcement stated.

The materials are being organized for delivery to the hardest-hit regions and will assist hospitals and emergency teams in their critical efforts.
