At approximately 11:00 pm on November 19, a pickup truck with seven migrant workers from Myanmar was parked in front of a store near Village No. 8, Bang Len Sub-district, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
During the vehicle's parked state, a police vehicle conducting a regular check observed it and initiated an examination. Nevertheless, the driver escaped quickly on Bang Len-Bang Pla Road. After traveling around 1 kilometer, the pickup truck veered off course on a bend and collided with an electric pole, leading to the fatalities of the seven workers.
The investigation revealed that over 10,000 baht and various items like fertilizer bags, mosquito nets, pillows, buckets, clothes, and utensils brought by the deceased workers were discovered spread out at the location.
Only one person has been identified among the seven workers who died, and he was employed in Khlong Nueng Sub-district in Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province. The identities of the rest are still undiscovered.
Thai authorities propose that the laborers were possibly traveling to a different province for work or heading back to their accommodation after finishing their tasks.
