GenerationZ Army, on 7 March, released a statement declaring their participationalongside the Arakan Army (AA) in the attacks against the military junta. Theyhave captured two military vessels already along with one barge belonging tothe junta in Rakhine State.
The AAfighters on 7 and 8 February launched an attack near Ah Pauk Wa village under Kyauktaw township and finally seized two military vessels and one barge.
Subsequently,the AA fighters captured the 9th military operations command (MOC-9) along with374th light infantry battalion, 375th light infantry battalion and 376th lightinfantry battalion, stationed in Kyauktaw, said a statement issued byGeneration Z Army.
Amidst theAA’s military triumphs, offensives and global attention, the Generation ZArmy has gained military education and combat experience. The experience wassignificant and hence they extended their gratitude to the AA for theopportunity.
TheGeneration Z Army statement also announced that they would share their combatand revolutionary experiences with their members.
Formed withthe mission of protecting Burmese people, liberating the nation frommilitary dictatorship, the Generation Z Army assures every individual thegenuine rights.
Theyoperate independently, not subordinate to any organization and pursue therevolutionary spirit.
